Southern Africa
Part 1 of 2
We spent three weeks visiting South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe in the fall of 2009. We were able to see two National Parks, one as large as the state of Massachusetts and elegant homes as well as townships. We met with a Zimbabwean family and went to a school and saw cities and countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on safari and would return again.

India
Part 1 of 2
We always wanted to see the exotic country of India and so we spent three lovely weeks touring India in the fall of 2008. We began our trip in Mumbai. Our hotel in Mumbai was called the Taj Mahal Palace and Towers. We didn’t know it at the time but as we departed two days later to travel to our next stop in Udaipur, terrorists entered this wonderfully historic place and caused great destruction.

Alaska
We got a chance to see Juneau, Denali, Anchorage, Homer and many important sites around these Alaska cities over nearly a two week period in 2008 and saw a great deal. Because we were guided by family members who live in Alaska we saw more than could have otherwise been possible.
China 2007
Part 1 of 3
Over a three week period in the fall of 2007 we traveled throughout China by bus, train, plane and boat and even with that we only saw a small part of this marvelous vast country. We saw bright lights of large cities, great expanses of farm lands, ancient sites, magnificent architecture and the accomplishments of people created by the ingenuity and determination of this ancient people.
